How our carpet cleaning process works
Every carpet is different, so we start by looking at it. We check the fibre type, how the carpet is fitted, the traffic areas and any stains you want us to pay attention to. From there we choose a cleaning method and products suited to that carpet.

- Dry soil removal before any moisture is applied
- Pre-treatment of high-traffic areas and visible stains
- Machine agitation (rotary scrubbing) to loosen embedded dirt
- Hot-water extraction to rinse and lift soil and residue
- Grooming of the pile and guidance on drying and aftercare
Carpets we clean
We regularly clean wall-to-wall carpets in bedrooms, lounges, passages and stairs, as well as loop-pile, cut-pile, berber-style and commercial carpet tiles. Delicate natural fibres, very old carpets and specialist rugs are assessed individually before we agree on a method, and in some cases we may recommend a specialist.
Stain and odour treatment
We treat common household stains such as food, drinks, mud and general traffic marks, and we can apply odour treatment where it is appropriate. Results depend on the carpet material, the type and age of the stain and the condition of the carpet. Some stains, especially those that have set or have been treated with household products, may lighten rather than disappear. We will always tell you honestly what to expect before we start — we do not promise guaranteed stain removal.
Routine maintenance cleaning
Regular professional cleaning helps carpets look better and wear more evenly, especially in busy family homes, rentals and offices. Many clients book a clean before or after the festive season, before moving out, or as part of a recurring schedule for business premises.
Drying time
Drying time depends on the carpet thickness, ventilation, weather and humidity. In typical Pretoria conditions most carpets are touch-dry within several hours. Opening windows and running fans helps. We will give you guidance on walking on the carpet and replacing furniture on the day.
How quotations work
Send us the number of rooms or the approximate area, your suburb and a few photos via WhatsApp or the quote form. We will reply with a quotation. Larger, commercial or heavily soiled jobs may need a site visit before we can quote accurately.
