Checking the fabric first
Upholstery fabrics react differently to water and cleaning products. We check the fabric and any care labels before cleaning. Leather, velvet, silk and some delicate or dry-clean-only fabrics may need a different approach or may not be suitable for on-site wet cleaning — we will tell you before we begin.
Drying and aftercare
Most upholstery is dry within a few hours with good airflow. Avoid sitting on damp cushions and keep pets off until the fabric is fully dry.
