When you request a quote we collect your name, phone number, suburb, the service you need, property type, preferred date, any details you provide and any photo you choose to upload.

Why we use it

Only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation and arrange the service. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Storage and security

Enquiries are stored securely with access limited to Estlas. We keep information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or object to its processing, by contacting us on 067 059 4184. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.
